Much like the Traditional Reverse Mortgage Program for Residential Properties, EquityLock Commercial allows the owner of a commercial property to access cash based on the value of the subject property, but at higher Loan-to-Values than are commonly associated with residential reverse mortgages, allowing a greater return on the equitable portion of the commercial property, and with an ability to own the commercial property free and clear while still receiving a fixed monthly income.
Unlike with a Residential Reverse Mortgage, upon selling the Commercial Property (or your passing), you or your beneficiary may choose to continue to receive the monthly income or to receive a single lump sum payment.
